Phillips Collection has been defining organic contemporary design with our award-winning furnishings for 40 years. We are a to-the-trade resource for residential and commercial interior designers and furniture dealers internationally. We offer furniture, accessories, wall decor, sculpture & lighting. Origins by Phillips Collection comprises reclaimed roots and live edge slabs.  Elements by Phillips Collection consists of semi-precious stones sourced from around the world.

A FAMILY JOURNEY ACROSS THE WORLD

For Phillips Collection the past was about discovery, and discovery became the signature of the company. Starting in Southeast Asia, and continuing on to Africa, Latin America, Europe and the Pacific Rim, we searched the world for the unusual, the intriguing and the beautiful. Along the way, we became trend-makers, defining global style and creating a new market for unique home décor.

It all started nearly fifty years ago, when Larry and Sherry Phillips decided to fulfil a long-held desire to travel the world. It changed their lives forever, and they left their New York business to become collectors and dealers of ancient Asian art. When their entrepreneur son Mark married a young Romanian architect named Julie, the couple joined them in their travels. Together, they created a company dedicated to bringing beautifully designed antiques, artifacts and hand-crafted objects to the interior design trade. The company is now joined by their son Jason and daughter Jessica. Jason is an award-winning designer and Jessica leads the growth of their hospitality division.

Returns & Claims

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

As soon as you place your order we begin the procurement process. Therefore, we are not able to accept cancellations without a 25% administrative fee. All returned merchandise must be authorized by a Phillips Collection claims representative. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds on orders paid by credit card will incur a 3% administrative fee. We require that all cancellations and/or changes to pending orders be given in writing.

 

DAMAGES/REPAIRS

Any merchandise with visible damage must be noted to the delivery service upon receipt. Damages including concealed damage must be reported within three(3) business days from receipt of merchandise. Photos documenting damaged items must be sent by email to claims@phillipscollection.com. All customer made repairs must be previously authorized by our claims department. For 3rd party shipments, Phillips Collection will make every effort to provide information and assist in the completion of your claim. All packing material must be held until further advice from Phillips Collection. Failure to retain damaged merchandise and packing material will result in immediate declination of your claim.
